Norwegian energy company Statkraft has announced a plan to develop and operate 2GW of solar and wind capacity in Germany.

US-headquartered global renewable energy developer Enfinity Global has signed another power purchase agreement (PPA) with Statkraft for 34GWh of solar energy produced at one of its Italian PV facilities.

The PPA can provide secured long-term visibility of cash flows to the company, according to NextEnergy Solar Fund.
